PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate switching operation between a normal call and secret communication.SOLUTION: A transmission terminal connected through a network to a management system for previously managing each terminal in association with a destination with which communication is possible only in the case of a specific communication mode comprises: transmission means for transmitting data including at least voice data to a plurality of other terminals; voice input means for inputting voice data; and determination means for determining a communication mode on the basis of sound volume of the voice data input by the voice input means during communication with other terminals. When the determination means determines that the communication mode is the specific communication mode, the transmission means transmits the data to only a terminal corresponding to a destination with which communication is possible only in the case of the specific communication mode associated with the transmission terminal by the management system, of the plurality of other terminals during communication. |
