PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a specimen suspension liquid and an immunoassay method for highly accurate detection of mycoplasma pneumonia by an immunochromatography.SOLUTION: An immunological measuring method uses a test strip for an immunochromatography including a membrane carrier in which a first antibody specifically bonding to a mycoplasma pneumonia antigen is fixed and an insoluble carrier in which a second antibody specifically bonding to the antigen is fixed. The method also uses a specimen suspension liquid including a nonionic surfactant.
