PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve electrical characteristics for a surface-mounted piezoelectric oscillator of an oscillation circuit configuration incorporating an amplifier for oscillation.SOLUTION: A surface-mounted piezoelectric oscillator comprises: a base formed of a rectangular ceramic multilayer substrate including an accommodation part and an exterior part; an integrated circuit element incorporating an amplifier for oscillation; and a piezoelectric vibration element 3 in which a pair of excitation electrodes are formed. In four corners of a bottom face of the base 1, packaging external terminals including a power supply external terminal GT1 and an output external terminal GT2 are formed. In centers of side surfaces in a longer side direction of the base, a pair of measuring external terminals GT5 and GT6 connected to the input side and the output side of the amplifier for oscillation in the integrated circuit element are formed. The measuring external terminal GT6 at the output side is disposed in a longer side 16 of the base at the side where the power supply external terminal and the output external terminal are arranged. |
