PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique for forming a comprehensive communication history, and presenting it effectively.SOLUTION: A method for using a communication history comprises: a step of collecting context information on one or more communication session between first and second parties, and identifying the communication parameters; a step of compacting the context information to communication history, and determining the frequency or success rate for each communication parameter; a step of recommending communication parameters for establishing a new communication session on the basis of the frequency or success rate; a step of receiving a request of presenting the communication history; and a step for causing presentation of the communication history and recommended communication parameters at least partially. A user interface may include a time series representation of three types or more communication sessions in the communication history, and the time series representation can be scrolled to present various parts of the time of communication history, and presents the communication parameters and its success. |
