<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain 1,1,1,2-tetrafluoropropene (HFC-1234yf) by hydrogenation, dehydrofluorination and distillation using hexafluoropropene (HFP) as a raw material.SOLUTION: There are carried continuously out a series of reaction steps which include: hydrogenating HFP to obtain 1,1,1,2,3,3-hexafluoropropane (HFC-236ea); dehydrofluorinating HFC-236ea to obtain 1,1,1,2,3-pentafluoropropene (HFC-1225ye); hydrogenating HFC-1225ye to obtain 1,1,1,2,3-pentafluoropropane (HFC-245eb); and dehydrofluorinating HFC-245eb to obtain HFC-1234yf.</p> |
