摘要 Systems and methods are provided for coating or impregnating a structure with cells that exhibit an in vivo physiologic function. The system includes a specimen holder for holding the structure and cells, as well as a pressure/flow control system that is fluidly coupled to the specimen holder so as to form a flow loop through which fluid traverses. The pressure/flow control system generates and maintains dynamic fluid pressure and flow conditions within the specimen holder and is capable of independently controlling fluid pressure and flow rate in the specimen holder.
