1. A method of producing a fuel cell separator made of a resin composition comprising a carbonaceous material (A) and a resin (B), the fuel cell separator having a recess for gas flow path on a surface of the separator; comprising the steps of
roughening a surface of the recess for gas flow path to an arithmetic mean roughness Ra of 0.5 to 10 μm; and hydrophilizing the recess for gas flow path by a fluorine-containing gas, wherein the carbonaceous material (A) is selected from the group consisting of carbon black, carbon fiber, amorphous carbon, expanded graphite, artificial graphite, natural graphite, kish graphite, vapor-grown carbon fiber, carbon nanotube and fullerene, or a combination of two or more of these, and wherein the fuel cell separator contains 0.5% by weight to 30% by weight of one or more resins selected from the group consisting of 1,2-polybutadiene, 3,4-polyisoprene, polyethylene, polypropylene, and polybutene-1 as the resin (B). |
