Disclosed are a resonator and a filter having the same. A resonator according to one embodiment of the present invention includes a case which includes a first ground surface and a second surface facing the first ground surface, and a third ground surface which connects the first ground surface and the second ground surface, a capacitor part which is formed by stacking a first conductor layer which is grounded to the first ground surface and a second conductor layer which is separated from the first conductor layer and is grounded to the second ground surface, and an inductor part which is formed by stacking a first transfer layer which is arranged in the case and is grounded to the third ground surface, and a second transfer layer which is separated from the first transfer layer and is grounded to the third ground surface. |
