PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydraulic composition, e.g. mortar or concrete, which does not deteriorate in fluidity and workability even when the used amount of a water-reducing agent is reduced, allows reduction of a kneading time and achieves an ultrahigh strength of 100 N/mmor higher and a cement-containing powder composition for production of the hydraulic composition.SOLUTION: A cement-containing powder composition contains a cement material comprising a crushed product of a portland cement clinker and gypsum and a fine powder of a BET specific surface area of 5-25 m/g. The cement material has a Blaine specific surface area of 1,500-3,300 cm/g and a 100-μm sieve residue of 0.5-40 mass%. |
