PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information management server, information distribution system, and information distribution method which allow a relationship between distributed information and a distribution object person to be increased.SOLUTION: An information management server 10 is connected to: a display terminal 20 that includes a display unit 21 in which information introducing a content is displayed, and an input unit 22 to which an address of a user terminal 50 is input; and a transmission server 30 that transmits the information to the user terminal 50. The information management server 10 includes: a reception unit 11 that receives the address of the user terminal 50 from the display terminal 20; a generation unit 13a that generates request data for making a request for the transmission server 30 to transmit information indicating the content to the user terminal 50, by using the address of the user terminal 50 received by the reception unit 11; and a transmission unit 11 that transmits the request data to the transmission server 30.
