PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To notify a user of an abnormal state in a pot without largely changing design. SOLUTION: A part between an inner lid 44 and a lid 21 is defined as a discharge space 65 constituting a part of a discharge passage. A communication hole 68 communicating with the discharge space 65 is arranged in the inner lid 44. A safety valve 69, which is operated when pressure in the pot 10 becomes abnormal pressure higher than the set pressure to be rising possible by valve mechanisms (pressure adjustment valves 48, 55) and then discharges the air in the pot 10 to the external part of the lid 21 through the communication hole 68 and the discharge space 65, is arranged in the communication hole 68. A sound production body 73 for producing sound by the discharge pressure when discharging air through the communication hole 68 is arranged on the upstream side or downstream side of the discharge direction in the safety valve 69.
