[Class 97 7 (i)] At least one end of the sprocket co-operates with a member having a concentric guide surface which retains the film on the teeth but is itself spaced therefrom the member being spring loaded so as to be capable of movement away from the sprocket in an axial direction. In Fig. 1 the sprocket is embraced by two members 11 and 12, each provided with a lip with a chamfered surface 17 and a surface 18 adjacent to the surface of the sprocket 10. The other ends of these members are bent at right angles and one is extended at 16 so that they overlap. These members are mounted on spherically-shaped collars 20 on studs 13 and are normally held against the heads of screws 20 and the face of a boss 22 by springs 13. A film can be inserted by pressing it against the chamfered faces 17, to force the members 11 and 12 apart, and released by pressing on the extension 16, which also forces them apart. In another form members similar to 11 and 12 are pivoted about axes perpendicular to the sprocket axis. Other forms are described in the Specification as open to inspection under Sect. 91. In Fig. 5 (Cancelled) a spring blade 28 is provided adjacent one end of the sprocket and is shaped to form the surfaces 17 and 18. The other end of the sprocket is provided with a disc 23 with chamfered surface 24. Sprocket teeth are provided only at this end. The film may be inserted by pressing it against the surfaces 17 and 24 and released by lifting it at the side near the disc 23 and withdrawing it sideways. In another form two spring blades are provided one at each side of the sprocket, there being no disc 23 attached to the sprocket. In Fig. 7 (Cancelled) the disc 23 is provided on the sprocket and the surfaces 17 and 18 are carried on pins 30 sliding in guides formed in the casing 14 and acted on by a spring blade 31. This subject-matter does not appear in the Specification as accepted.
