<p>To provide a control terminal structure of an intelligent power module in which it is possible to reduce the area used exclusively by the module. An insulating circuit substrate (12) on which power semiconductor elements (13) are mounted, and a printed substrate (50) having a control circuit, are arranged in a tiered structure, and a structure is adopted in which linear control terminals (30) are caused to stand upright by being inserted into control terminal insertion holes (32) provided in a case bottom portion (20b) of the module and into through holes of the printed substrate (50).</p> |
