PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric field coupling non-contact power feeding system capable of increasing the transmission power, with no use of LC resonance, by utilizing an active capacitor. SOLUTION: The electric field coupling non-contact power feeding system comprises: a power feeding part 4 arranged in a power feeding region 2; and a power-fed part 5 which is arranged in a power-fed region 3 for supplying electric power to a load 8. The power feeding part 4 comprises: a power source part 11; an active capacitor 21; an active capacitor control part 25,; and coupling capacitors 31 and 32 constituting a border part 6 between the power feeding region 2 and the power-fed region 3. The active capacitor 21 is connected in series to either the coupling capacitor 31 or 32. The active capacitor control part 25 controls the active capacitor 21 so that a phase of DC voltage Vcj of the active capacitor 21 delays from the phase of DC voltage Vs of the power source part 11 (for example, by 90°).
