PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a decorative sheet, capable of eliminating an appearance change such as surface fluctuation of the decorative sheet (citron skin). SOLUTION: This method of manufacturing the decorative sheet includes a process for press-bonding the decorative sheet 40 and a base material 60 via an adhesive layer 50 by a pressing means (press roll 16), to be bonded, and an integrated time S (seconds) for press-bonding the decorative sheet 40 and the base material 60 via an adhesive is made longer than a relaxation timeτ<SB>0</SB>(seconds) of the adhesive at a temperature in the press-bonding in a strain in the press-bonding.
