PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an unsaturated carboxylic acid-grafted polyolefin that exhibits excellent adhesive properties not only to a plastic material but also to different kinds of materials and is widely useful. SOLUTION: The unsaturated carboxylic acid-grafted polyolefin contains no gel insoluble in xylene heated at 140°C and has a grafted amount of the unsaturated carboxylic acid of 0.1-10 wt.%.
