摘要 In the present invention, there is disclosed a prefabricate consisting of a concrete block (20) in the form of ashlar with rectangular upper surface (34) and lower surface (33), and the dimension of whose at least one lateral side, in a ground plan view, is less than the threshold width of loads for transportation on public road. The concrete block (20) is provided with by at least three struts disposed perpendicularly to the lower surface (33) and upper surface (34) thereof and adjustable by means of carrying bolts, wherein the struts are located such that the connecting line of the strut centers lies in apexes of n-gon, wherein n equals to the number of the struts. The concrete block (20) is provided with at least one transverse filling opening (21) disposed perpendicularly to both the lower surface (33) and upper surface (34). The lower surface (33) of the concrete block (20) is roughened in pyramidal manner and provided with a separation watertight layer. When constructing a road, concrete blocks (20) with a surface corresponding to the upper surface (34) of the concrete blocks (20) in final quality required for the road under construction, are put in a definite ground plan position onto the road ground substrate that has been prepared in usual way. So temporary prepared road is then used during construction of the road as a worksite road communication. Subsequently, the shoulder supporting structures (7) of the road communication including crash barriers (6) are constructed. Optionally, the concrete blocks (20) are similarly spread out onto adjacent lanes of the road and on contact sections of connection of the entry and connecting road communications. Then, the concrete blocks (20) are successively lifted into a definite level of the communication route by struts being adjustable by the carrying bolts (19) and the space extending between the concrete block (20) lower surface (33) and the ground substrate (39) is filled up through the transverse filling openings (21) in the concrete block (20) with a concrete fill.
