The first additional resistor and the additional inductance coil are connected to each other in parallel and connected in a multi-element dipole of the second branch between the free output of the available second resistor and "earth". The second additional resistor is connected between the common output of the available first resistor, second resistor and inductance coil, and the first terminal for connection of the dipole of the measurement object. The third additional resistor is connected between the second output of the outlet of the four-arm bridge circuit and the first terminal for connection of the dipole of the measurement object.
