<p>The invention relates to a liquid hard surface cleaning and disinfection composition. The present inventors have found that inclusion of benzalkoniuim chloride and selected salts of di or tricarboxylic acid when combined with thymol or terpineol provides synergistic antimicrobial action in a rapid fashion and such efficacy is obtained at very low concentrations of thymol and/or terpineol.</p> |
