<p>The apparatus has a mixing chamber (1) provided with an agitator (2) for mixing ambient air with milk. An inlet (3) supplies milk and ambient air into the mixing chamber and an outlet (4) delivers the produced milk foam from the mixing chamber. An electric motor (5) drives the agitator. The mixing chamber is cylindrical in shape (6). The agitator is formed gear-like, on the annular inner surface of the mixing chamber. A radial directed web (7) is formed to project between the periphery of the agitator and the inner casing of mixing chamber formed by annular channel.</p> |
