Material mixtures separation involves dividing main vaporization and a degasification, where the main vaporization and the degasification are performed in separate mixing kneader (4,12). The material mixture is concentrated before the main vaporization. The concentrated mixture is fed into a pre-concentrating kneading machine and evaporated residual content of volatile components, where the material mixture is concentrated over a discharge (8).
