The electrifier has a high voltage pulse generator including an electric transformer (1) supplied by a control circuit controlling a frequency and a pulse energy as a function of an impedance of a fence installation connected to an output of the transformer. A measuring coil (6) provides a signal representative of a line impedance. The transformer includes a housing made of soft iron. The housing includes two magnetic circuits mechanically connected with each other. Each circuit is surrounded by one of primary coils (2, 3) and secondary coils (4, 5) surrounded by the measuring coil. |
