A baby garment 13 forming at least a pants part comprises mainly of conventional baby garment fabric but having anti-wear patches 14, 17 made of ripstop fabric. These reinforced patches may be fitted to the knees or seat of the garment to prevent localised wear during crawling or bottom shuffling. Ripstop fabric is a woven fabric made of nylon with thicker threads interwoven in a crosshatch fashion. |
