FIELD: machine building.SUBSTANCE: carrier is locked in mandrel of the machine tool and is fastened to the reducing coupling with a draw ring. Meanwhile the reducing coupling is connected through seats with the mandrel of the machine tool and with the carrier. The rollers of three-roller head are made from the triangular or trapezoidal profile with rounded along the radius tops and are installed with axial and radial offsets among themselves. The device puller is made with slots for rollers passing and the hole for reducing coupling entering and is connected to a demountable holed collar for moving of the puller with a collar along the carrier.
