FIELD: transport.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to pipeline transportation, particularly, to erection of bypass pipelines and can be used in repair of main oil lines without outage of product transfer. Proposed method comprises installation of box-type tees at pipelines and mounting of gates with flanges at said tees. Fitting of bore cold cutting devices at flanges of the gates, cutting to openings in pipelines by said devices at open gates, closing of said gates, release of overpressure from the gates, dismantling of cutting devices and connection of said flanges of bypass pipeline gates. Bore cutting device comprises housing to accommodate spindle. Cutter with plug-in inserts is fitted at the end of said spindle equipped with drive of rotation and axial displacement and spindle seal on cutting tool side.EFFECT: simplified process, higher reliability of bypass line.4 cl, 3 dwg |
