<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a urethane foam molded body that is produced by foam molding in a mold and has good moldability, low density, a low spring constant, and excellent heat aging resistance, and a method for producing the same. <P>SOLUTION: The urethane foam molded body is obtained by performing foam molding of a liquid foamed urethane resin raw material including a polyol component, a polyisocyanate component, and a catalyst in a mold. The polyisocyanate component comprises tolylene diisocyanate (TDI) and diphenylmethane diisocyanate (MDI). The catalyst includes an amine catalyst having a ratio of activation energy of resinification to activation energy of foaming (activation energy of resinification/activation energy of foaming) of 1 or more. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
