<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing an antistatic polyester resin film, improving efficiency in manufacturing by applying an electrostatic impression casting method to achieve stable film formation while securing antistatic performance of the film itself in manufacturing the antistatic polyester resin film. <P>SOLUTION: The method of manufacturing the polyester resin film includes laminating a first polyester resin composition and a second polyester resin composition while discharging the respective compositions by melt-extrusion to form a laminate comprising at least two layers, and bringing the laminate into close contact with a rotary cooling body 53 by voltage application from an electrode 55 to form film shape. A non-antistatic layer 11 comprising the first polyester resin composition is formed on the side, brought into close contact with the rotary cooling body, of the laminate, and an antistatic layer 12 comprising the second polyester resin composition is formed on the side to face the electrode.
