PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pressure control valve capable of covering liquid over the entire area in a secondary chamber during initial filling.SOLUTION: An inner surface wall 185 of a secondary chamber 169 obtained by excluding one surface has a plane wall part 185a with a secondary chamber side opening part 186 of a communication path opened at a center part, copy wall parts 185b, 185c communicating with an outer side of the plane wall part 185a, brought into contact with a deformed diaphragm 171 so as to be copied and having an opened outflow opening part 187 communicating with an outflow port 190 at a lower part, and a flow channel groove 221 extending upward from the plane wall part 185a so as to cut into the copy wall parts 185b, 185c. Only flow channel grooves extending upward are formed on the copy wall parts 185b, 185c as flow channel grooves 221 extending from the plane wall part 185a so as to cut into the copy wall parts 185b, 185c. |
