FIELD: transport.SUBSTANCE: wear products are collected by suction from the area of contact between tire with the body of revolution and precipitated on the filter. Said filter is place in fixed-volume vessel with fluid composed by distilled water or water-organic mix. Filter held in fluid, liquid is prepared to place obtained extract in vessel with biosensor composed by cultures of luminescent bacteria. Decrease in its intensity of their bioluminescence compared with the sample not containing toxic matters allows to decide on toxic tire wear products effects.EFFECT: adequate evaluation of tire wear product harmful effects.3 dwg
