Torque tool with release mechanism

The torque tool (10) comprises a lever housing (12) having a handle portion (14) and a head portion (16) for transmitting a torque to a workpiece. A lever arrangement (18) for transmitting torque is arranged in the lever housing. The two release levers (20) are mounted on bearing bolts (22) pivotally mounted in the lever housing. The release levers each form a switching edge, through which a tool main portion is triggered. A pair of bearing pin for coarse and fine adjustments of a distance is mounted eccentrically.
