FIELD: engines and pumps.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to high-pressure fluid pump cylinder block (Z) for, particularly, water at maximum pressure over 2000 bar. It consists of cylinder (1) composed of two concentric tubular components (11, 12) with grooves in connection surface. On one side, said cylinder is connected with flange (2) with seal system (3) and, on opposite side, it is articulated with valve body (6). Cylinder block (Z) seal system (3) support sleeve (31) and cylinder (1) outer component (11) abut on the flange part (2) to make clearance (4) to accommodate disc spring (5) thereat. Said spring rests on distal outer component (11) of cylinder (1) and on outer proximal side of supper sleeve (31) and directed to flange part (2). Opposite side of tubular components (11, 12) of cylinder (1) has metal joint (7) in the area of surface (14) of contact with valve body (6), in particular, the weld joint. Negative shift of inner tube at variable mechanical load is eliminated in long-term operation.EFFECT: optimum operation of the pump.2 cl, 1 dwg |
