FIELD: transport.SUBSTANCE: tire has tread (1), radial carcass, breaker structure (8) with at least two breaker plies (8a, 8b) and with at least one breaker outer ply (9) arranged radially outside said breaker and composed by continuous coiling of PER-cord (10) in tire circumference. PET-cord (10) features tension of 3-5% at 1.56 cN/decitex at 20°C and stretching of 7-9% at 160°C. Total elongation at breakage of PET-cord (10) and shrinkage at heating to 180°C at thermal tension of 0.01 cN/decitex at duration of effects of two minutes make over 20%. Besides, PET-cord (10) features shrinkage at heating defined at 180°C exceeds 2.5% at preliminary tension of 0.01 cN/decitex and at duration of two minutes.EFFECT: longer service life and higher durability.5 cl, 1 dwg, 1 tbl |
