<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the effect of suppressing a cone-type failure. <P>SOLUTION: A nonlinear member 20, which is not a linear one, includes, for example, a bent or curved portion, and straddles a cone-type failure portion 30 and a beam body 14A in a plurality of locations. The nonlinear member 20 resists a pull-out force, acting on an anchor bolt 40, by a dowel action.
