PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small and lightweight handy cleaner that can be held by a hand of a user during use, further improved in function and convenience of a handle in addition to a mounting form of a rechargeable battery. SOLUTION: Since an elastomer cover 30 covers the surface of the loop-shaped handle 16, it is possible to endow the handle with a sufficient anti-slip function, while a snug feeling peculiar to elastomer resin can be given to the palm and the fingertips, whereby it is possible to enhance function and convenience of the handy cleaner 10, and further the commercial value or added value of the handy cleaner. Further, the handle 16 has an upper surface configured as a curved surface gently curved, a portion of the handle on the side of the little finger is thinner, and a little finger holding portion 32e is attached to the rear end of the inner peripheral portion, and it is possible to improve the holding property of the handle.
