FIELD: process engineering.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building and may be used in production of liquid-propellant rocket engines. Two asymmetric hemispheres are formed. Large hemisphere with cylindrical part is produced by deep-drawing. Then, it is subjected to reduction to form maximum diameter and the part of sphere. Small hemisphere is formed separately. Both hemispheres are welded together to diameter smaller than that of the sphere. Note here that backing is used which is produced owing to large hemisphere cylindrical part wall bulging at deep-drawing and reduction.EFFECT: decreased weight, lower labour input, higher quality and reliability.1 dwg
