<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a basal body temperature management system convenient for a female user while reducing the size of a casing of a basal body temperature thermometer as much as possible and reducing the power consumption as much as possible; and the basal body temperature thermometer and a portable radio terminal suitable to be used for the system. <P>SOLUTION: The basal body temperature thermometer as a basal body temperature probe communicates with the portable terminal by radio communication, and transmits data on the measured basal body temperature to the portable terminal. The portable terminal transmits the received data on the basal body temperature to a server. In this way, the data on the basal body temperature measured every morning can be easily accumulated in the server almost without any special operation. When the menses starts, the female user accesses the server via the portable terminal, and inputs the start of the menses.
