<p>An internal corner cove former is disclosed where said cove former comprises a seamlessly moulded device having outwardly projecting arms which engage with the internal angle of a wall such that the internal angle is rounded and elevated to provide a smooth surface and where the device facilitates the production of uniform internal corners which improves the ability to prevent bacterial accumulation in the corners of a clean-room environment. The device has three arms projecting orthogonally from a central section, the arms are concave across their respective lengths with the concavities facing each other across the internal angle between them. The central section is a part-spherical concavity. The device may be of a plastics material such as abs (acrylonite butadiene styrene) or pvc (polyvinyl chloride). It may be of constant thickness in the region of 1.5mm. The arms may be 100mm long and 38mm wide.</p> |
