PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooker which detects the turning of a cooked object therein even when the cooker has small temperature reduction by the turning of the cooked object, for example, when the cooked object has a small amount, a place where the cooked object is turned is away from right above a temperature sensor, and a frying pan with a bad heat conduction is used. SOLUTION: The cooker includes: heating means for heating the cooked object; temperature measuring means for measuring the temperature of the cooked object; and cooking menu input means for inputting a menu to be cooked; and heating control means for performing target temperature maintaining control to control the heating amount by the heating means so that the temperature of the cooked object is kept near a target temperature in an automatic heating cooking for cooking the cooking menu input from the cooking menu input means.
