The present invention provides a seal structure and a boning device, wherein the sealing performance is not reduced after long-time use in high-temperature environment. The seal structure is provided with the following components: a hot disc part (40) which is provided with a heating mechanism; a frame part (42) which is provided at side part of the hot disc part (40); and a sealing part (52) which is provided between the hot disc part (40) and the frame part (42) for sealing the clearance between the hot disc part (40) and the frame part (42). The seal structure is characterized in that: the sealing part (52) is formed on a tank part (48) which is formed on the hot disc part (40) or the frame part (42); recess parts (54,56) are formed on the sealing part (52) along a direction that is vertical with the depth direction of the tank part (48). In a condition that the sealing part (52) is configured on the tank part (48) which is formed on the hot disc part (40) or the frame part (42), the recess parts (54,56) are provided in the tank of the tank body (48). |
