PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a washing water supply device capable of preventing a float from causing failure in its operation due to adhesion of water scale and scale, and preventing improper water supply and improper water cut-off; and to provide a washing water tank equipped with the same. SOLUTION: This washing water supply device 20 includes a water supply part having a water supply pipe 22 and a water supply valve 24 for switching the washing water to be supplied from the water supply pipe between its discharge into the washing water tank and its cut-off, a small tank 28 installed in the water supply part, the float 26 provided in the small tank and having a sliding part 26k sliding in the vertical direction for the small tank in accordance with fluctuation of level of the washing water in the small tank, and a lever arm 30 having one end part attached to the water supply valve and the other end part attached to the float and moving vertically together with the float to switch operation of the water supply valve between discharge and cut-off.
