FIELD: radio engineering, communication.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to integrated electronics and particularly to transmission of pulsed signals in highly-integrated digital microcircuits. The task of the present invention is transmitting pulsed signals in a microcircuit with the least power consumption for a given frequency of said signals by using universal receiver and transmitter units with switched operating modes. The engineering solution is characterised by that transmission of pulsed signals in a wire link by current or voltage pulses is carried out by the same amplifier units. Changes in parameters of signals, output resistance of the transmitter and input resistance of the receiver are achieved only by switching resistors using analogue switches.EFFECT: fewer circuit components, lower power consumption and smaller area of a unit on a microcircuit chip.2 dwg
