Presentation of search results with diagrams

Methods provide presentation of a plurality of search results and a diagram for each of the plurality of search results. The methods are carried out with computer readable program code, when read by a processor, that is configured for receiving a plurality of search results in response to a search request and accessing a database including signifier data for each of the plurality of search results. The signifier data may include information regarding at least a first signifier and a second signifier of each of the plurality of the search results. The methods may further include generating a first diagram of the first and second signifiers for each of the plurality of search results, the first diagram based at least in part on the signifier data, and presenting the plurality of search results and the first diagram for each of the plurality of search results via a browser application.

1. A method comprising:
receiving a plurality of search results in response to a search request; accessing a database including signifier data for each of the plurality of search results, the signifier data including information regarding at least a first signifier and a second signifier of each of the plurality of the search results; generating a plurality of first diagrams of the first and second signifiers, each of the plurality of first diagrams corresponding to one of the plurality of search results, each of the plurality of first diagrams based at least in part on the signifier data and comprising a first dimension based at least in part on a distribution of the first signifier and a distribution of the second signifier within the search result, a bond indicator, based at least in part on the distribution of the first signifier in the search result with respect to the distribution of the second signifier in the search result, that illustrates a bond strength between the first and second signifiers, and a second dimension based at least in part on a frequency of the first signifier and a frequency of the second signifier within the search result; and presenting the plurality of search results and the plurality of first diagram for each of the plurality of search results via a browser application.
