A narrow bar (9) is formed at a free end face of a guide section (5) of an insulating sleeve (1), where the free end face is turned from a collar. The narrow bar is extended in an axial direction by the end face. The insulating sleeve is made from a nonconductive plastic. A spacer (20) is made from an iron or steel material. |
