a first electrode; an organic functional layer disposed on the first electrode; and a second electrode disposed on the organic functional layer, wherein the first electrode comprises polymeric rhenium compounds and is transparent and/or wherein the second electrode comprises polymeric rhenium compounds and is transparent.
