PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat insulation method of a building, capable of sufficiently exhibiting heat insulation and heat shielding in the building, minimizing end materials to be discarded in construction, preventing the infiltration of rainwater from the outdoor, and coping with dew condensation.SOLUTION: Reflection sheets each formed by pasting an aluminum foil on a flexible synthetic resin sheet are arranged on outdoor sides of pillars, studs, beds, and members around windows so that the aluminum foils are positioned on outdoor sides of a building. A hard urethane resin foamable liquid is foamed and sprayed into a clearance between each reflection sheet and each of the pillars, the studs, the beds, and the members around the windows to form a hard urethane resin foam layer, and outer wall materials are arranged with vent layers in which air is circulated in the vertical direction, each of the vent layers being interposed between the outer wall material and the outdoor side of the reflection sheet. |
