PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blood sugar management system and a blood sugar management method capable of enabling a user to have more meal choices, and effectively storing particular and specific knowledge about dishes or a provision facility.SOLUTION: An information provision server 18 receives identification information on a provision facility candidate from a portable terminal 12. The information provision server 18 or the portable terminal 12 determines whether to allow the user to take a meal according to each of the dishes in a menu of the provision facility candidate retrieved from a provision facility DB 58 on the basis of blood sugar data indicating a user's blood sugar condition. The portable terminal 12 informs the user of a determination result determined for each of the dishes in the menu. |
