PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyester resin composition which is not scratched easily due to excellent hardness thereof when formed into a coating film, has excellent adhesiveness to various kinds of substrates and after-workability, and further does not hurt other constitutional components even after being stacked with other constitutional components and compressed because the hardness of the composition does not get too high.SOLUTION: A polyester resin composition comprises: a polyester resin of 30 to 98 mass% with respect to a total amount of the polyester resin composition; a polyisocyanate modified with a group represented by following formula (i) of 1 to 30 mass% with respect to the total amount of the polyester resin; and fine particles with an average particle diameter of 1 to 30 μm, of 1 to 40 mass% with respect to the total amount of the polyester resin. In the formula (i), R is a hydrocarbon group or hydrogen. |
