PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information output device for reducing the loss of a value while an information collection device which collects a value such as a measurement value by a predetermined time pattern from an information output device whose output value may change in accordance with the lapse of a time is not able to collect the value.SOLUTION: An information output device includes: detection means for detecting the access of an information collection device which performs access to output means to acquire a value from the output means; extraction means for extracting multiple accesses whose regularity exists at time when the access has been performed from the plurality of detected accesses; prediction means for predicting prediction time as time when access is performed the next on the basis of regularity from the extracted multiple access time; acquisition means for, when the access is not detected until the predicted time, acquiring the value to be acquired by the access from the output means, and for storing the value in association with the acquired time in the storage means; the information storage means; and transmission means for transmitting the value stored in the information storage means to an information collection device. |
