PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a travel guide system, a travel guide method, and a computer program, which enable more appropriate guide for a guide intersection.SOLUTION: A travel guide method includes: obtaining a mark target article candidate that is a candidate for a mark target used as a mark in guiding a guide intersection in a case where the guide intersection exists forward in a travel direction of a vehicle; determining a degree of appropriateness of the mark target article candidate as a mark on the basis of a visual recognition aspect of the mark target article of a passenger in association with passing through the guide intersection when using the mark target article candidate as a mark target article in the past; and guiding the guide intersection by using, as the mark target article, a mark target article candidate whose degree of appropriateness is equal to or higher than a reference value, of the mark target article candidates existing in the guide intersection. |
