PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a total heat exchange element excellent in heat exchangeability and humidity exchange efficiency, and capable of being used in various use environments.SOLUTION: In a total heat exchange element in which a single-sided cardboard structure sheet comprising a liner member and a corrugated member has a shape of being subjected to cross lamination for each layer, nonwoven fabric has a moisture absorption rate of the corrugated member at a temperature of 20°C and at a humidity of 65%RH of 3% or less, and an arithmetic average height Ra of a roughness curve according to JISB0601(2001) of 10μm or more. |
